The Public

'The Public' was an arts centre in West Bromwich which was built as part of a national regeneration programme. It was designed by Will Alsop and opened partially in 2008 and fully in 2010. Despite being popular and critically acclaimed it closed in 2013 and the building was taken over by Sandwell College.
